Your Personal Goals

The goal with the swissplan not to limit, starve, deplete or restrict. Instead it is to have you;

    • Eat lots of good nutritious food with no restrictions in amounts, necessary at the beginning to awaken the metabolic response,
    • Lower your body fat percentage,
    • Double your energy level and libido,
    • Increase your self-esteem and your feeling of inner calm,
    • Renovate your digestive system and the way your body processes food,
    • Eliminate many chronic conditions (such as arthritis, anxiety, depression, reflux, high cholesterol and many others), in the body,
    • Shift your habits so that guilt and fear are eliminated from your food intake agenda,
    • Teach you to listen to what your body really wants and to act upon that listening.

During the plan, you are guided through some basic easy-to-follow living principles that will incorporate your personal goals for health and well-being.

The swissplan is about being healthy and reaching your goals. Clients also often find that soon after they start reaching the goals they set with the swissplan, they feel confident enough to face other goals and to reach for successes they have always admired in others. The swissplan is about treating your body and mind with respect from this day forward.
