The swissplan helps lay a healthy foundation for you to create a well-balanced healthy lifestyle program that addresses the needs of your whole body, mind and spirit, not just the obvious external change most people may think is required. And it is a lifestyle plan, not a diet. What you will learn in this process is knowledge you will carry with you into life.

The swissplan is about learning to listen your body and as a result be energized, reaching and maintaining your ideal weight, creating a new and confident self-image, and finding magic in life again. The swissplan is about eliminating anxiety and cravings, dissolving depression, reducing cellulite, and belly fat.

The swissplan will help you attain many goals and eliminate many conditions like:

    • Lose weight by losing fat – not muscle.
    • Melt cellulite.
    • Increase your energy.
    • Increase muscle mass and tone.
    • Change your eating habits.
    • Eliminate food cravings (on the physical and emotional levels).

During the plan, you will be guided through some basic easy-to-follow eating principles. You will learn how to bring balance to your digestive system so you are able to let your body's natural rhythm keep and use what works, and eliminate (not store as fat), what is not useful.
