Motivation

It is my observation that many people suffer with the disease of comparison, of good and bad, hope and fear, gain and loss. All around us are many issues regarding self-image. The western world is so occupied with appearances that addiction/reaction behaviours to maintain that image are causing serious damage to both our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

The result is that people go on diets that limit, starve, deplete or restrict their intake of nutritious food; these diets are often extremely complex rather than simple. While this helps them lose weight it also puts their bodies metabolism further out of balance. With their metabolism out of balance, individuals experience cravings and mood issues, hormone and enzyme imbalance and the result is almost always they gain the weight back and the health of their bodies is worse than when they started. Yo-yo dieting weakens the body and the immune system as well as making the major organs work overtime.

The swissplan helps people stop the strain on their minds and emotions, and brings them into balance with nature and their bodies. The result is that people begin to be healthy, wise and balanced in their lifestyle; physically, mentally, emotionally and, in the sense of caring for themselves and others, spiritually.
