Our metabolic functions are complex and controlled by many factors.
Each of our metabolic factors is addressed in this plan and each individual’s unique system requirements are considered so they can be rebalanced. By itself and without coaching the desired result of metabolic change will only occur if the plan is followed closely and all parts are incorporated into the lifestyle of the participant. Even if the entire plan is not followed, it is a good plan none the less and can be used just for the purpose of losing weight, gaining energy and educating the individual in the functions of the body and the chemistry necessary to make it function well.
Footwork, teas, supplements and supportive coaching are important and will assist the individual in attaining and maintaining the metabolic shift desired as well as dealing with any chronic conditions that may require personal attention.
Partnering with a friend or a small group of people also on the plan, will assist getting through the rough spots including Christmas, Thanksgiving and birthdays.
