- Past plans were too rigorous or too restrictive.
- Your commitment and a real desire for change.
To help you overcome your challenges, you not only have to face them; you also have to allow yourself to take pride in your accomplishments. Enjoy every accomplishment, whether it is actual weight loss, noticing your body shape change or an increase of your exercise level, or feeling perky all day long.
