It is with great pleasure that I introduce you to a new way of living and being. This is a lifestyle plan that will allow your body to change forever. Not only will you lose weight on this plan, you will experience a different behavioral relationship with food and your body. The goal here is not to limit, starve, deplete or restrict. Instead it is to have you eat lots of good nutritious food with no restrictions in amounts, to double your energy level, and libido, increase your self-esteem and your feeling of inner calm, renovate your digestive process and change the way your body metabolizes food.

The Swissplan for Metabolic Renewal is the culmination of years of knowledge that Rae Hatherton a naturo-therapist, has been acquiring through many bodies of work and teachers. Rae uses food combining, circadian rhythms, breath, mindfulness, herbal teas, cleansing, acupressure, movement and coaching to create a transformational shift resulting in a new you.

This is a plan that will allow you to change your body forever by returning to a natural way of living and being. The plan offers a path to bring your body functions and metabolism to balance. A balanced body and metabolism means you will also eliminate many chronic conditions which you may or may not be aware are restricting your health and your enjoyment of daily life.

While on the swissplan you will experience a different behavioral relationship with food and become more conscious of how your body responds to what you ingest. You will learn to listen to what your body is saying to you and to respect its wishes. You will become unwilling to compromise your health and energy for the short-term rush of sugar or overindulgences offered by the media or your mother in law. You will begin savouring food like you have never before and to notice what foods give you energy and which do not.

As your body metabolism is enhanced, and your consciousness increases you will double your energy level. As your chemistry changes and you begin to breathe through life, you will also experience increased self-esteem and a feeling of inner calm. The swissplan is truly a new way of living because it helps you determine the steps to take to reach your goals.

  2.   Circadian rhythms (specific eating times 3 x per day).
  3.   Breathing, mindfulness and conscious chewing.
  4.   Intensive acupressure-oriented bodywork.
  5.   Swissplan-designed herbal teas to cleanse and balance.
  6.   Endocrine stimulating exercises and walking.
  7.   Support and coaching (in-person appointments, by email or telephone).
